Common approved loads may include renovation and construction debris, household clean-out items and certain yard or landscape materials. Acceptance depends on the complete load, disposal requirements and the container selected. Describe all materials when requesting your quote so BinCraft can confirm them before delivery.

Yes. Dense materials such as masonry, concrete, soil, roofing material or similar loads may require a specific container, a dedicated load or different handling. Do not assume that a general mixed-waste container is suitable. Confirm dense materials with BinCraft in advance.

Do not load hazardous, liquid, regulated or special-handling materials unless BinCraft has explicitly confirmed acceptance. When in doubt, identify the item before delivery. A complete description prevents delays, rejected loads and unexpected disposal requirements.

Sometimes, but mixed loads can affect disposal requirements and cost. List every material you expect to load. BinCraft will confirm whether the proposed combination is acceptable or whether materials should be separated.

The exact requirement depends on the container, truck approach and placement direction. BinCraft will confirm what is needed for your site. In general, the route and placement area should be clear, firm and level, with adequate turning room and overhead clearance.

A private driveway or another approved firm, level surface is generally preferred. The location must support the container and expected load without obstructing access. Share photographs or site details if placement is uncertain.

Discuss the surface before delivery so the placement plan is clear. Surface protection may be considered where appropriate, but site conditions, container weight and loaded weight still matter. The customer should identify delicate, recently installed or potentially vulnerable surfaces in advance.

Not always, provided access is clear and the placement or pickup instructions have been confirmed. BinCraft may require someone on site when access, positioning or site conditions are uncertain.

Keep the container within the agreed loading limits and make sure the truck can reach it. Remove vehicles, equipment and other obstructions from the pickup route and placement area before the scheduled collection.

Rental timing is confirmed as part of the quote and may depend on container availability and the project. Tell BinCraft how long you expect to need it. Contact us before the agreed period ends if your schedule changes.

Different materials produce very different loaded weights. Your quote will identify the terms that apply to the proposed load. Heavy, dense or unexpected material may change the recommended container, disposal requirements or final cost.

Load only within the limits confirmed for the container and material. Nothing should create an unsafe or unsecured load for pickup. Contact BinCraft before collection if you are uncertain about the load level or distribution.

Contact BinCraft when the container is ready and provide any timing or access updates. Pickup is scheduled subject to availability, site access and the container being safely prepared for transport.

A posted number cannot account for every container size, material, location, rental period, weight condition or special-handling requirement. A project-specific quote lets BinCraft confirm what is included before delivery and avoids asking customers to guess.

Provide the project type, service address, preferred timing, materials, approximate volume, expected rental period and proposed placement area. Photographs can be useful when access, material or project scale is difficult to describe.
